Derf's Might and Magic 8 Party Maker, with this program you can make up a party of adventurers of your own choosing for MM8. You can put a dragon in your party right from the start, even as the party leader! Roll up from 1-4 characters and substitute them for the pre-generated ones. If you want a party of five Knights you can have it.

Derf's Might and Magic VII Class Extender is a program that in effect lets you add new classes to MM7. In addition to the six classes I have added, there is room for classes of your own design. Game play is the same except that you must save your game, use DMM7CE to improve your skill levels (Expert, Master and Grandmaster) then reload the save file into MM7. In exchange for this small inconvenience, you have the fun of playing some strange and powerful new classes.

Warrior: The Warrior is an exceptional Knight. He paid careful attention to all of his instructors at Knight School and spent all his time practicing. After leaving school he has carefully avoided any bad habits that might interfere with his arts of warfare. He has no interests outside of combat and thinks magic is for sissies. The Warrior is able to achieve grandmaster status in all arms (except Staff) and armors.

Blagard: Also know as a Blackguard, the Blagard has had a really tough time of it after flunking out of Knight School. He has given up the chivalrous sword, spear and axe weapons to concentrate on the weapons of stealth and instant unconsciousness, the dagger and mace. Still remembering how to use Chain or Plate armor, the Blagard prefers to wear Leather for quick getaways. Times have been tough and the Blagard is very familiar with thieving and dealing with pawn shops.

Bishop: A Cleric who knows how to get to the top. The Bishop has honed his combat skills and always keeps in top shape.

Magician: The Master of all magic, the magician has spent so much time practicing the arcane arts that he hasn't bothered to learn any armor skills but he is able to deceive his enemies to avoid their blows. A magical quickness makes him extremely skilled with daggers. You may find that the magician is a horseshoe magnet.

Fire Lizard: A favorite pet of Sorcerers and Magicians the Fire Lizard is equipped with razor sharp, dagger like claws, a scaly hide and fiery breath. Although limited intellectually, what he can do comes naturally to the Fire Lizard. He can advance very rapidly.

Mutant: What can we say about this blob of green flesh covered with putrescent sores. Being blind, his only moderately effective weapon is the staff which he swings wildly in all directions. What makes the mutant special is the brain that lives within that mountain of flesh. Able to read both enemies and shopkeepers minds he can avoid attacks and always get a good deal. By intuition he knows what wounds need to be healed and the nature of his opponents. His powers are so great that he sometimes can even communicate with inanimate objects discerning their function and the presence of traps.
